Kumar says architectural planning has carefully balanced patient comfort with staff efficiency. Waiting areas, lounges and staff rooms have been positioned in the southeast corner to provide sweeping views over the historic Government House grounds, a deliberate design choice intended to promote calm and recovery for patients and create a pleasant working environment for healthcare staff. Sustainability has been embedded as a core principle from the project’s inception. “The facility has been constructed using sustainable practices and there is a commitment to ensuring the facility operates in an environmentally friendly way upon completion,” explains Kumar. “This includes energy-efficient systems, responsible waste management and eco-conscious operational policies planned for daily operations.” Founded in 2015, Vasist Group has established its reputation by transforming challenging sites into successful residential and commercial developments.
