The new office will be located on the corner of Cambridge Road and Te Rerenga Terrace as G.J. Gardner Homes Waipa continues to grow its presence in the district. Owned and operated by Simon and Dominique Paduch of Paduch Construction Ltd, the couple are building on the strong foundation established when a G.J. Gardner Homes franchise first began operating in the Waikato region in 1997. “We’re excited for this next chapter of G.J. Gardner Homes Waipa,” says Dominique. “This new central location will enable us to serve our customers even better.” Growing up on a dairy farm in Te Awamutu, Dominique brings invaluable local knowledge to the business, and the couple are thrilled to be back in the region to raise their own young family. Simon has previously worked for G.J. Gardner Homes in Tauranga and has a passion for designing homes to meet his customers’ needs, having sketched house designs from a young age. Their combined knowledge of the local Waipa community and passion for the building industry provides them with strong desire to serve the community they’re proud to call home.
