The approximately 10,580sqm store is being constructed by Naylor Love and will bring huge benefits to the local community, says Ben. “I personally have family in Papamoa so I know they are excited to have this coming. Papamoa is a rapidly growing part of the area and there is not much amenity there at the moment so having this significant retail project will make a huge difference to those living there already and the large amounts of people moving there.
