COMMUNITY and long-term development, alongside support in nutrition, sports psychology, and injury prevention. “It is about building strong foundations,” Darrell says. “We want young men who can continue to grow. Effort and consistency sit at the heart of the programme, and that is something we actively teach.” The project has also created learning opportunities, with students in construction programmes able to observe the build. The development has been shaped with design input evolving from early concepts into a practical, high-performance facility aligned to the school’s long-term vision.
