Gardner Homes was founded in 1983 when Greg Gardner established his residential building firm in Australia, built on the principles of uncompromised quality and value. He focuses on business and sales growth, while his wife Linda manages the day-to-day operations. Together, they lead a team of eight at the Kerikeri franchise, spanning accounts, construction, sales, administration, estimation, and contract management. They also collaborate with a trusted network of builders and trades. G.J. Gardner Far North works with a wide range of clients, including multi-section developers, iwi, downsizers and retirees, as well as first-home buyers. The team offers houseand-land packages, new-home builds on land clients have purchased, and turnkey new builds constructed for sale.
