With 670 metres of commercial wharf space and a dedicated superyacht pontoon providing for superyachts up to 9 0metres, there’s plenty of activity to observe for those that prefer to enjoy the water from the safety of land. Port Nikau subdivisions have been designed to allow for a worst-case scenario 100-year sea- level rise event. Whether you go with a pre-approved design, or commission one of your own, the minimum finished floor level is mandated at 3.88 metres above sea level, and all the geotech and engineering guidelines have climate change and flood management in mind.
