Adam had been working in oil and gas off Australia for 20 years, and Catherine was working as a physiotherapist when they decided it was time for their children to experience some Kiwi culture and get to know their grandparents. Adam initially took over the business five years ago, and Catherine joined two years ago when she took over the sales role within the well-established team. “We have a great team with a wealth of experience and knowledge, which feeds into all of our home and building projects,” Catherine says. “We’re a one-stop-shop and can take care of every detail of a new home or building project, from initial site consultations and advice, to building consents, product selection and anything else they might need for a finished home or accessory building, whether it’s a garage, shed, carport or a sleep-out.” At Versatile North Canterbury, they make a point of keeping across local regulations so they can advise their clients of all costs they will incur with a build.
