Absolute Homes in Canterbury is celebrating industry recognition of two of its recent builds at this year’s Master Builders House of the Year Awards. The Darfield-based building company came away with a Silver Award and a Bronze Award at the Canterbury Regional Awards held in July. The Silver was for the home of one of its architectural designers in Darfield, and the Bronze for a Kaiapoi home. Sales and marketing manager, Jade Jenkins, says the team takes pride in the homes they build, and it was a great acknowledgment of them. She says there’s a lot that goes into every Absolute Homes build, from the design and planning right through to the workmanship and finishing details. “So, it’s great to have the opportunity to showcase that,” she says. The awards are also an opportunity for the company to continue to challenge itself, Jade says. “Putting our homes forward for industry awards gives us another benchmark to work towards and helps reinforce to our clients that quality is something we take seriously.” It is also great exposure for the company and the wider team and tradespeople that contribute to the builds. “We were really proud to come away with both a Silver and a Bronze, particularly having entered for our first time. “Having both recognised was a great result for the whole team and also a reflection of the range of homes we build.” Architectural concrete works | Driveways, Patios, Courtyards | Full landscape works provided Concrete Masters Blaise Chamberlain Phone: 027 222 1600 Email: info@concretemasters.co.nz Website: www.concretemasters.co.nz
