Karen Phelps Christchurch-based farm consultancy and development business Tambo NZ Ltd was formed in 2008 to provide farmer clients with sound advice, technical know-how and project management capability in order to grow their businesses. The company today is led by four directors, founders Mike King and Jansen Travis, joined a decade later by Stu Bayliss and Luke Palmer, each bringing their own experiences and skill-sets to the table. “We work across three main divisions; dairying, sheep & beef and farm conversions/development and our growth as a company has been carefully planned, ensuring we have the right people on board and the business is growing at the right pace,” says Mike.
