For nearly two decades, Nind Dairy Services has operated as a specialist dairy division within the wider Nind Group, bringing together expertise across electrical, plumbing, engineering and automation. The wider business itself was founded in 1977 by Ron Nind as an electrical company before expanding into the dairy sector in 2007. Recognising the growing demand for integrated dairy solutions, the business brought engineers into the fold and transitioned existing electrical staff into the new dairy division. Plumbing services were soon added as well, creating a business capable of delivering a complete package to dairy clients. Today, Nind Dairy Services operates as a true ‘turnkey’ provider for dairy sheds, handling almost every aspect of a build or upgrade from start to finish. The business now employs 42 staff within the dairy division and 180 across the wider Nind Group. “We have a lot of staff that have been in the team upwards of 20 years that have grown with us to what we are today,” Managing Director Nigel McClymont says.
