By ensuring patients are accurately diagnosed early, we help guide them on to the right pathway of care as quickly as possible.” ARG’s latest and most exciting development is its new flagship clinic, currently taking shape at 99 Remuera Road in Auckland. Spanning 3500sqm, the new facility is double the size of the existing clinic at 101 Remuera Road. This $40 million project comprises a purpose-built facility and state-of-the-art medical equipment. Cassidy Construction is leading the build, with Acept handling the medical fit-out. Construction began two and a half years ago in response to increasing demand – driven largely by an ageing population, which saw the team outgrow the existing site. The new clinic is set to open in August 2025 and will be home to six to nine radiologists daily, supported by a team of 50 staff. The new clinic will allow the team to expand their services to patients with new, advanced medical equipment and treatment options, shorter waiting times, enhanced diagnoses and faster results. The Remuera flagship clinic will feature the latest MRI technology with integrated AI, along with PET CT and SPECT CT. This will enable the team to introduce new treatments, such as theranostics, which allows for simultaneous cancer diagnosis and therapy. RHCNZ continues to expand across New Zealand through a series of strategic developments. A new ARG clinic in Whangārei now offers PET CT scanning – technology previously limited to major centres. In Hamilton, PRG has partnered with Te Kōhao Health in a joint venture to deliver integrated community GP and medical imaging services. BRL recently opened a clinic in Tauranga, also equipped with PET CT capabilities. In Dunedin, PRG is launching the city’s first PET CT-equipped clinic by December 2025. Looking ahead, RHCNZ is actively broadening its national footprint, with additional clinics currently being planned.
