The goal is to maintain alignment between vision, practicality and delivery at every stage. For Matt, the Cypress Properties project reflects the studio’s broader direction. “It demonstrates what we aim for on every project,” he says. “Clear communication, efficient delivery, and design that supports both the client’s needs and the way the building will actually function long-term.”
