Other times, Richard is involved in a build before the clients have even purchased the section they are looking to build on. He goes through the whole design process with them and can give them an idea of what they should and shouldn’t be looking at with their budget in mind. Richard does all the quantity surveying, and will give a full turn-key price, even when there are millions of dollars involved. Sometimes, clients work with their own interior designer; others make their selection from what they can see locally, or get inspiration by going through Richard’s own 34Osqm house that he built on the edge of Invercargill. Richard has worked with the same team of tradesmen for 12 years or more and trusts them and the work they do to guarantee the outcome they all want. Many clients tell Richard about how they have found the entire build process stress free and very enjoyable.
