Three-bedroom homes are priced from an affordable $689,000. “This is about affordable living in a prime location,” Ritu says. “Buyers want to be close to retail, schools, and services, but they also want space and standalone homes. Rolleston continues to be attractive for families because of that balance.” Quality control remains central Amarok Homes’ approach.
