Complete Landscapes & Civil co-owner Jeremy Posthuma says the Opawa Rd job reflects the way the team approaches multiunit sites. “On most multi-unit projects, we step away once the site works are done. We come back to do the driveways and footpath works once the frames are up, then return again at the end to complete the landscaping. It keeps the sites tidy and makes it easier for everyone working there.” That structured and organised approach is proving valuable as Complete Landscapes & Civil increases its involvement in higherdensity developments. Jeremy says the company is now working with a growing number of local developers that focus almost exclusively on multi-unit projects. As the volume grows, so too does capability. “The more projects we deliver the more refined and efficient our approach becomes,” Jeremy says. “Our focus is on getting each stage completed to a high standard, at the right time. Delivering driveways early and done properly gives builders clear access and allows us to achieve a high-quality finish on the landscaping at completion.” Complete Landscapes began more than 10 years ago when brothers Jeremy, a qualified builder, and Tim, a qualified landscaper, formed a landscaping business. Their first project was a retirement village, before the company moved into residential work, expanding steadily over the past six to seven years. As the scope of work grew to include more civil construction, the business evolved to reflect that capability, becoming Complete Landscapes & Civil. Today, the company remains proudly owner-operated with a down-to-earth approach that clients value. Jeremy and Tim bring complementary skills and practical experience to the business. Together, they have built a team known for being experienced, reliable and committed to delivering work to a high standard every time. About two years ago, the company expanded into more complex civil construction work following the addition of co-owner Sam Charles. Bringing more than a decade of industry experience, Sam completed his civil apprenticeship straight out of school and spent about 15 years with Downer working on roading and bridge projects.
