Planning is complete, and work is expected to begin soon. Further development is planned around an additional cow shed. Instead of building new, the ownership team opted for a cost‑effective approach — relocating a shed from a former dairy property in Lincoln, which will be transported in sections and rebuilt at Rushbrook next season. “We were looking at building new, but then saw an advertisement for this one only 15 minutes away. It was a great opportunity to save money by thinking outside the square.” For Sumit, Manoj, Richard and Chrissie, the investment going into Rushbrook reflects their shared commitment to refining systems, improving efficiency and building long‑term resilience within their large‑scale farming operation.
