This gives a breakdown of timelines and informs the client when a subcontractor will be on site and if there are any weather delays etc. If a variation is necessary it is always discussed and signed off by the client. The company is busy on a development in Glenfield which is coming to the market. It is a certified low-energy development and made with low-maintenance materials saving between 60 to 70 per cent in energy.
