Dave has the technical building knowledge and I assist with the design, selections and colour choices, so we work well together.” By design, Muldrew Builders takes on a small number of projects at a time. “We’re a small team, so we take on a few projects at a time to offer a personal, handson building experience,” says Lydia. “It allows us to keep a good handle on quality.” As well as the Moore Street development, the company currently has builds underway in both Ashburton and Oamaru. Clients can come with their own plans or opt for a full design-and-build service.
